Delivery
Orders placed before 1:30 p.m on Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day if the goods are available, after 1:30 p.m, orders will be dispatched the next working day. If item/s are unavailable, we will automatically place a backorder for the product and send you an email to confirm. Once the product/s are back in stock we will have it delivered as soon as possible, We can always issue a full refund if you do not wish to wait.
Please note that we are not responsible if you are inconvenienced financially or otherwise as a result of an order being delivered late by a third-party courier service, is not fulfilled by a third-party courier service, or arrives damaged or incorrectly.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any of our goods, you may return the original item in its original condition and packaging within 21 days to receive a refund. On any order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. You should make sure that the goods you’re retuning to us are adequately covered during transit. You will not be refunded if your goods are damaged or opened. Return requests for special offers and kits may only be accepted in whole, not in part.

Dispatch
Goods ordered before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. No dispatch will take place during weekends, bank holidays, or during the Christmas.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive items that are damaged, the courier note must be signed damaged in order for No Hydro to provide a refund or credit. If goods are missing from an order, No Hydro should be notified within 48 hours of delivery, any notification sent after the end date will not be accepted.
