6.3 – After you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it (Order Acknowledgement) (If you can’t find it, check “Junk” mail). However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.

6.4 – Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our cancellations, returns, refunds policy or we have contacted you to confirm that we are unable to accept your order, our acceptance of your order will occur automatically on the earlier of the date we deliver the products to you or 5 working days following the date we send our order acknowledgement e-mail. The Contract between us will only be formed at this time.

6.5 – We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason and no order will be accepted until payment is received in full for all Products and any related delivery charges.

6.6 – We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if we suspect that you are buying product(s) to resell for your own business purposes in a manner that we consider in our sole discretion could be damaging to our brand, customer proposition or business.

6.7 – All orders are subject to No Hydro stock availability. If we are unable to supply any of the products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible.

6.8 – When out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what product(s) we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product(s) where payment has already been made.

7.0 – Payment(s)

7.1 – You can pay for Products ordered on our Website by Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

7.2. We accept the following cards: Visa & Mastercard credit cards and Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron debit cards.

7.3 – Payment for Products (including delivery charges) will be debited from your payment card (or other payment method where relevant) at the time of placing your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, if for any reason your order is not accepted or we are unable to supply the product(s) you have ordered a full refund will be issued.

7.4 – If you pay for products using PayPal, in order to confirm your identity and ensure your PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. When using PayPal for a payment method, you consent to checks being made and confirm that the PayPal account being used is yours. All PayPal payments are subject to authorisation by PayPal.

7.5 – Orders on our Website or In-store, you will be required to make payment at the checkout till using the following payment methods: Cash, Visa or Mastercard credit cards and Maestro, Delta, American Express, Visa Electron debit cards, gift cards or vouchers.

8.0 – Product Pricing On No Hydro

8.1 – The prices displayed on our site are not the same as our in-store prices. However, we may offer the same or different prices for product(s) purchased from our site to those in store. Prices may be higher or lower than in our stores.

8.2 – Our stores are under no obligation to match the prices quoted on our site.

8.3 – Our site are under no obligation to match in-store prices. Online-only promotions apply to transactions made on our Sites only.

8.4 – The price you pay for your product(s) is the price displayed on our site at the time we receive your order unless stated by us.

8.5 – We take care to ensure that the prices of products on our site are correct, due to the large number of products on our site it is possible that some of them may be incorrectly priced. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing, this is not always the case.

8.6 – Pricing error is obvious and unmistakable this could reasonably have been recognised by you as a pricing error, we do not have to provide the product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower or higher) price even if we have failed to notify you that we do not accept your order within 5 working days of our sending our order acknowledgement.

8.7 – The price of all products does not includes VAT and delivery charges (Delivery Information, Delivery Charges)

9.0 Delivery

9.1 – Full details of our delivery service, delivery locations and charges.

9.2 Quoted delivery dates and times are estimates. We will try our best to meet the dates provided, however we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 15 days of when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

9.3 – We always recommend that you do not book fitters or tradesperson(s) until your order has been delivered and checked by you.

9.4 – We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, orders that have not been checked on delivery and custom charges.

9.5 – We are not able to process orders or deliver on UK Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

9.6 – All orders will be delivered to delivery address provided by you.

9.7 – Orders made on our website or in-store do not need to be delivered to the cardholder’s address.

9.8 – We will always try make one single delivery to you, However sometimes this is not possible, this means your delivery time may vary.

9.9 – When you place an order containing a mix of products including “Supplier Delivered” items, depending on the shipment it may not be possible to ship the product(s) in one single delivery, delivery times may vary.

9.10 – All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.

9.11 – If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery.

9.12 – We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery (depending on courier).

9.13 – If no-one is available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.

9.14 – We want to ensure that everything is right with your order, so please make sure that you carefully check it on receipt and ideally notify our customer services team within 24 hours via telephone or online chat if any products are missing or damaged.

9.16 – Notifying us within 24 hours it smooths the investigation process and we can organise a redelivery, replacement or collection as appropriate.

9.17 – Due to insurance, our delivery personnel may be unable to enter private residences.

9.18 – Big and bulky deliveries may be to the kerbside of the address.

9.19 – Other deliveries will be to the ground floor doorstep of the delivery address.

9.20 – The recipient of the delivery is responsible for any additional lifting once the delivery has been completed.

9.21 – We will sometimes use pallets to deliver your order.

9.22 – Pallets are part of the product packaging and are non-returnable. You can reuse these pallets or alternatively dispose of them independently.

9.23 – We are dedicated to getting your order to you as promised and safely.

9.24 – It will be necessary to deliver most big and bulky orders on a flat bed truck fitted with a hydraulic crane.

9.25 – Safety is paramount our drivers will first do a safety check on arrival to ensure there are no issues. Unfortunately, if there are any safety or access issues we will not be able to complete the delivery and the driver’s decision is final, the drivers will not tolerate any abuse.

9.26 – Should this occur our team will discuss with you what options are available, including refunding your order.

9.27 – Risk of loss and damage in the product(s) will pass to you on the date when the product(s) are delivered or on the date on which we make our first attempt to deliver them to you.

11.1 – Except for terms set out in our Refunds and returns policy, if any product(s) which we supply is proven to be damaged or defective we will either repair or replace the product(s) or offer a refund or on account credit.

11.2. – Where we are unable to perform our obligations under the contract due to matters outside of our control or if we supply a product(s) that are damaged or defective we will not in any circumstances accept liability for any claim to recover loss of profits or any special or indirect loss, damage or expense. Any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

11.3 – As a consumer customer you may have additional legal rights in relation to product(s) that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects these rights.

12.1 – As we are a responsible retailer and manufacture, we are aware that minors can incorrectly use some product(s).

12.2 – We do not knowingly sell to children.

12.3 – Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

13.0 – Changes To Terms and Conditions

13.1 – We reserve the rights to make changes to our terms and conditions and changes will take effect immediately.

14.1 – Our site and its contents and any contract formed as a result of its use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Northern Ireland law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.

15.6 – You grant No Hydro the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any of your content.

15.7 – You understand we are under no obligation to publish your content on our website, social media accounts or other marketing.

15.8 – The content is not defamatory to No Hydro, offensive or obscene.

15.10 – To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will No Hydro be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental special consequential or punitive damages.
